We replied by email on at 2:12 pm to advise that the refund for the Fat Loss Extreme for Him was processed on in the amount of $61.70, and we also processed an additional refund for the Custom Diet Plan in the amount of $72.53 on, resulting in a total refund amount of $134.23. However, as a courtesy, we offered a 50% refund, allowing the customer to keep access to their Custom Diet Plan.įollowing this, we received an email from the customer on at 3:46 am stating that they had not received their refund and were reporting their concern to the Better Business Bureau. As per our Terms & Conditions, refunds are not applicable to custom diet & custom training programs due to the time and effort involved from ***** and our trainers. We also explained that in reviewing their account, our records showed that their customized plan was made and sent by the customer's trainer. We replied by email on at 6:40 am to confirm that we have issued a refund of $61.70 for the Fat Loss Extreme for Him and to kindly allow **** business days to receive the refund. We received the customer's email requesting a refund of their purchase of the Fat Loss Extreme for Him and Custom Diet Plan on 6/23/223 at 6:37 am. This was refunded on, and the funds should have posted to the customer's account within **** business days of that date. We were sorry to hear that the customer has encountered issues in receiving their refund for the Fat Loss Extreme for Him program purchased on 6/21/223 in the amount of $61.70. I just want the rest of my money returned. The claims they make about not working out is also false - The diet is fake and is not tailored to the individual as well. They refuse to do anything about this and continue to send me the same form letter of contacting my bank and give them the ***** Also this is a scam - all they want to do is push their supplements and make money from those. So far all I have been refunded was the $72.53. They keep sending me an email to contact my bank and give them an ARN# to find the refund but my ******************* cannot locate the refund at all. I have been going back and forth with them over the $61.70 since this time. On July 7th I was issued a refund of $72.53 almost immediately - the first refund of $61.70 was never received by my credit card. I sent them an email (several) going back and forth until today. I requested a refund and was sent an email of a refund in the amount of $61.70 instead of the promised entire amount. I immediately also noticed that I was charged $134.23 and their advertisement promised it was only $57.00. I am Gluten Intolerant - the diet was not tailored at all. I filled out the questionnaire and received what I thought was a detailed diet for my specific needs. On June 21st 2023 I ordered the Vshred plan - what I got was not what was promised.
